Problem happened because of a Courier driver put a slip to different cover. Very angry customer and we explained her the whole problem. We have given her a second art work done free of cost. Most of the people will understand the problem, if we explain them properly. Excellent site too.. Keep it up guys.. Excellent story. That is the ideal and although it may not always work out that way, it is what we strive for so we can be proud and live in peace.
