		<description>That is a fantastic story and is the kind of story that needs to be told and told again so that even when it does not work out so well for all of us, we do our dead level best to make things right. Often times people hide behind the company in order to protect the name or worse the short-term bottom line but in fact the sewing of seeds for the long haul will yeild the greatest harvest both in terms of goodwill and profits. That is the ideal and although it may not always work out that way, it is what we strive for so we can be proud and live in peace.</description>
