People talk about other people who have personality.

Andy-you know I (and probably many others) love your OOF messages. One can be bland and 'safe" or dare to be different and show personality. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but that 'personality' enables you to differentiate yourself, as well.

Probably you need folks who are comfortable with displaying personality themselves...and then build on that at the team/group/corp level.</description>
