		<description>Gary, I agree you must take care of your own personal branding. If someone else does this for you then you are no longer in control of your own message. 

As far as CEOs are concerned. it is all about the IPO for them. Big bonuses and a buy out, CEOs don't want to invest 10 years for this to happen. Long term can be 18 months for them.

I also agree that making a jump to main stream is a no brainier and will happen on a large scale. I would goes as far as saying that it has already started.
